Sealing is essential to the longevity of your concrete or paver surface.  Whether your concrete or paver surface is brand new or 10 years old, having a sealer applied is the cheapest insurance policy you can buy.  In our cold Wisconsin climate constant freeze thaw cycles can decrease the life expectancy of exterior concrete.  Applying a sealer is the best way to defend your concrete or paver surface against damage caused by our climate.

We apply several different types of sealers depending on application and preference.  For areas such as driveways and curbs we apply our penetrating sealer.  This sealer is designed to hold up to snow removal abuse, vehicle traffic, and damage caused by the elements.  This sealer is superior for protection because once applied it cures beneath the surface.  This sealer will not change the overall appearance and will not make your surface slippery.

For decorative applications we apply a topical sealer.  This can be applied to pavers, stamped concrete, or broom finished concrete.  This sealer is superior in areas such as patios, pool decks, or any lower traffic area.   This sealer typically leaves what we consider a “wet look” in the industry, meaning semi to high gloss depending on application.  This is an excellent solution to increase your homes value in just a few simple steps.

If you love your decorative concrete and it is already sealed, ask us about our slip resistant finish.  This can be applied to any concrete surface that is too slippery.  We apply this within a sealer so you also get extra protection!

For customers who have existing sealer on their concrete surface which is failing or just doesn’t look right – We have a solution.  We have a process which we can re-emulsify existing sealer to remove bubbling, chalky white appearance, or discoloration.

For the fairly inexpensive cost of sealing a your concrete, it is certainly one of the best bangs for your buck when it comes to home improvements. A quality concrete sealer will keep your concrete surface looking new and performing well for many years to come.
